This is Putin 4th war in the Soviet bloc in the past 22 years. Second in Ukraine. He’s spent the past month building up troop presence on the border. He’s been picking off defectors across the world for the past 15 years. He’s jailed dissenters, and the politically opposition. He’s spent the past 5 years funding a stealth misinformation war across most of the west.

ithe world has let him become emboldened. The west is complicit.
