She had cancer for the first time in 1999 and many, many health issues, but never missed an argument until 2018.

Would have her chemo on Friday afternoons so she could be in court on Monday.

Yeah, if left unchecked they’ll definitely be coming after any form of birth control available to women and coming up with rationalizations for why it’s essentially murder and has to be banned.

In the end, they probably don’t want to leave any way for women to take control of their own reproductive health. Depending on a man to wear a condom or being strictly abstinent are the only options they’ll want to leave women with.
 
There should be age/term limits. The decision making of when to resign to achieve balance is not something supreme court judges should have to consider. And why do we think sick 90 year olds can still serve the people in such an important job.

Not just the court, but every level of government is led by people you have to question if they are even still mentally there. Not to be agist but its kind of silly. Get a nice cushy ambassador job at a law firm, and enjoy all the money you earned from insider trade in peace.

It'll be interesting to see the unintended consequences this has for men (but mostly just regular non-rich, non-powerful, non-white men I assume) as well.

In addition to going after birth control, guessing prescriptions that have more than one use - ie, cancer, rheumatoid arthritis as well as inducing abortion - will be off the table for women as well.

Yeah it's pretty silly there are term limits for some government positions and none for others. Experience and wisdom is one thing, but I'm not sure having 80 yr old members of any branch of government is a good idea.
