Not playing around anymore.
They actually putting them in schools now? That might be smart, giving them a head start to run from gunmensit / stand desks are all the rage

The video even said that he wishes he didn't have to share this hackobviously kids should learn self defense, it’s just a fucking shame that they have to learn mass shooting safety procedures, which they do learn already, and it doesn’t prevent, or even address at all, the problem.
Also they should stop calling it gun control. That’s some NRA propoganda language win.
its sensible safety regulation.
You're an adult. You know you can't snap fingers and make others see the light.obviously kids should learn self defense, it’s just a fucking shame that they have to learn mass shooting safety procedures, which they do learn already, and it doesn’t prevent, or even address at all, the problem.

oh - i am on your side this timeIt's the really lowbrow twisting you guys do thinking it's all intelligent. You don't live like we do. Period.
I think there's nothing wrong with parents teaching their kids things that will keep them safer (obviously) but it seems people offer up these while arguing against the implementation of sensible laws rather than in addition to and that doesn't make any sense to me.oh - i am on your side this time
saw that video last night and thought "cool, wish i knew that earlier"
obviously it should not be the long term solution but i dont think you meant it that way
You're an adult. You know you can't snap fingers and make others see the light.
Do you whine and cry or prepare your kid?
I did the latter. Cruel world as it is.
They don't speak English anyway. American is ever evolving.yeah I’m all on board with preparing them. They certainly can’t count on anyone to protect them.
Sending kids to seal training isn’t the ideal solution. But in the current environment it’s probably more useful than English.
The best thing that anyone can do to give their kids their best chance of survival is to move them out of the United States and into a country with actual gun control. These so-called "survival skills" you're touting are reminiscent of the "duck and cover" campaign back in the 50's which tried to allay people's fear of nuclear war by instructing schoolchildren to get under their desks when the sirens went off. Bullshit "solutions" to a problem in desperate need of legislation. All the shooter would need to do is pump a round or two through that classroom door or the window in that door and everyone inside still dies. They aren't surviving a goddamn thing.Fuck right off with Wehave type strawmen, I posted a vid that may actually save someone that has seen it and it's "BUT GUN CONTROL".
We live in a different world than you so excuse me for wanting kids to be as educated as fucking possible until the dream is realized.
Or your way, why bother eh? Why teach kids survival skills?
A simple fucking video and you people get stupid. Again.
the irony is that enacting sensible gun control legislation would be a far quicker process than turning every school in america into an impregnable fortress.
@hockeylover
That's your inference.
Anyone that assumes that from a simple life hack needs to check themselves.
Says the guy without kids. You have no opinion. The best thing that anyone can do to give their kids their best chance of survival is to move them out of the United States and into a country with actual gun control. In that case, agreed.I'm not even talking about you specifically here -- the usual suspects are all hammering the SCHOOL DOORS thing and it's stupid when it's being offered by *lawmakers* as a solution. Again, parents can teach their kids whatever the fuck they want.
Using the "single door theory", what happens if there is a fire?
yeah, there's nothing wrong with a simple suggestion. even if the US implemented strict gun control laws tomorrow (spoiler alert: they won't), everybody already has 3 or 4 Bazookas in the closet. This problem will take decades to resolve.oh - i am on your side this time
