I'm not sure how the media lets lawmakers off the hook when they say making laws doesn't solve anything. Doesn't make any sense.
Nasty animals, those dragons...Fire drill happens
Now if it was caused by dragons I just don't know
That's another thing. They can pass all the laws they want, over 350 million guns in this country alone. Good luck with an immediate impact.yeah, there's nothing wrong with a simple suggestion. even if the US implemented strict gun control laws tomorrow (spoiler alert: they won't), everybody already has 3 or 4 Bazookas in the closet. This problem will take decades to resolve.
Your reply is not a refutation of my argument. An AR-15 will make swiss cheese out of that classroom door and the chair used to barricade it. This "life hack" isn't saving any lives, it's merely delaying the inevitable by a few seconds. Give anyone an uninterrupted hour inside a school with an assault rifle and enough ammo and every living thing inside that building is going to die, barricaded doors or no barricaded doors.Says the guy without kids. You have no opinion.
Fire regulations are still a thing, last I heard. The usual response I've heard to that is to have one entrance and let the other doors exit - some of these high school campuses are pretty massive - not sure how realistic that is.
Very true. It's also interesting that to date the gunmen wait until they are of legal age before they purchase the weapons. That's another thing. They can pass all the laws they want, over 350 million guns in this country alone. Good luck with an immediate impact.
If anything it may trigger more loonies.
Unlike student loans, defaulting on a loan for a gun purchase is forgivable and can be dispensed in a bankruptcy filing (probably without having to allow the firearm to be repossessed too)Very true. Law abiding citizens and all.
Some places are offering purchasing terms. I guess you can go into debt if you will never pay it back.
So my tank wouldn't be reprocessed?Unlike student loans, defaulting on a loan for a gun purchase is forgivable and can be dispensed in a bankruptcy filing (probably without having to allow the firearm to be repossessed too)
The gun manufacturers (and the NRA who they run) do not want to see any legislation passed which would potentially mean fewer sales. They want guns to be 100% accessible to 100% of the population 100% of the time. Their logic is that if bad people are allowed to own guns then everyone else will have no choice but to cowboy up.Personally, I think the background check/red flag law stuff is a huge deal that would have somewhat of an impact.
It seems like a really obvious pattern that mass shooting suspects have run ins/assaults/threats with, more often than not, women.
I've said it for a while now. Make gun owners insure their guns and watch the insurance industry kill the gun industry within 5 years.Anyone with a security interest in a gun should be liable for what happens with it too.
Also every purchase of ammunition should be registered. Large quantities of ammo should be immediately reported to the FBI.I've said it for a while now. Make gun owners insure their guns and watch the insurance industry kill the gun industry within 5 years.
the reason you lock your car door is to make it harder to enter - the thief will move on to the next carYour reply is not a refutation of my argument. People need to realize why an assault rifle is a weapon of mass destruction. It's potential for inflicting damage is exponentially greater than a hunting rifle or a handgun.
But, but, but....fucking doors and fucking chairs. Right.
I didn't watch nor was I aware of the video. I couldn't tell you what is in it. I made no comment on the video. Please relax.Fuck right off with Wehave type strawmen, I posted a vid that may actually save someone that has seen it and it's "BUT GUN CONTROL".
We live in a different world than you so excuse me for wanting kids to be as educated as fucking possible until the dream is realized.
Or your way, why bother eh? Why teach kids survival skills?
A simple fucking video and you people get stupid. Again.
actually I do! a friend's ex is a gun lover. had many spirited debates on the topic.Hands up anyone who even knows anyone that will be impacted by it.
