The answer is both, as he also says in the video, while her spreading this misinformation is reprehensible, she is also a victim of misinformation spread by other people, that's the whole fucking point.

I'm not gonna argue with this. I just fired off the post because Stinky's reaction made me laugh really really hard. So I had to watch the video. And yes, the guy is a very annoying, easily punchable douchefuck, but it really isn't that bad overall. Which only makes it funnier to me.
