OT: Coronavirus Resources - and other things to not worry about

will we care about omnicore by june?
That's about the time we'll all start getting reinfected so probably! And for those who escaped omi it would be nice to get the antibodies by chemical injection as opposed to infection!

Unless another variant comes up! But even in that case we don't know if the next variant will be closer to omi or the wildtype version. Or neither! Good to be prepared for everything, I say!

update from NS:
paralegal was hospitalized with a 106 degree fever. they put her on a gurney in a storage room with no overhead lights or bathroom. if she wanted to get up to use the bathroom, had to robe up in full PPE. she's back home and in isolation until Friday. sounded absolutely awful.

I have had three negative tests Friday, Sunday, and this morning. Despite that I have been experiencing bizarre fatigue and the odd chill. Maybe a touch of brain fog. No fever at any point. Was in bed before 10 three of four nights which is pretty unheard of for me.

Ms. Wayward is feeling shitty. She reports fevery/chill type symptoms along with general fatigue/malaise. She has also tested negative twice, Sunday morning and today. Throat and nasal swabs for both.

Technically based on our public health rules I am clear to return to the office, but still working from home. Our workforce is pretty decimated...
I never did test positive but had all of the same symptoms as my positive hubby. Such a silly rule.

If @BeLeafer decides to show up I'd like to fire off this video that directly responds to the ivermectin video that he posted from a fella who educates nurses; a fine occupation but he doesn't quite have the molecular expertise needed to analyze these things. The guy in the following video has a phd in molecular biophysics and experience in biotechnology and drug discovery research. So already the credentials between the two folks don't really compare.

It's long and has actual science in it so you may not enjoy it but it is a proper retort to a video filled with aggressive misinformation.

Saint Preston?

if this person HONESTLY believes the will not get into heaven or something if they take the vaccine - i do feel a bit sorry

if it is but my freedumbs - then no

(but i cannot get by the brainwashing issue)

boycotting Spotify is silly to me — it’s not like they don’t carry 2 million podcasts that are pro vaccine.

what’s next? Boycotting the World Wide Web because too many mouth breathers have internet connections.

Also I’m not sure I want corporations deciding what is good information and “misinformation” and what we are allowed and not allowed to consume.

Being able to critically analyze information and determine the value of it is an education issue not a censorship one.

Because sometimes galileo is right.
