I still need to do Renfield.I just watched Color Out of Space. Also peak Cage. Maybe super peak. Or maybe his whole career is peak.
Greatest living actor.
That describes the bulk of his career.Renfield was not great. Except for Cage, of course.
I seem to recall he had alot of things going his life (financial issues, personal issues, etc.,) at the time that caused him to be less discriminatory with respect to offered film roles.Oh he's had plenty of duds.
Also rewatched Vampire's Kiss recently and fuck that is a great movie that was overlooked because people didnt get Cage.
The Armenian straight to DVD market needs a star.I seem to recall he had alot of things going his life (financial issues, personal issues, etc.,) at the time that caused him to be less discriminatory with respect to offered film roles.
He even nailed the role of Nic CageName any type of role or character and he's done it and done it amazingly.
Nic Cage is Nic Cage in every role he’s ever played, which is usually fun, but it kinda disqualifies him from the greatest actor alive title.Name any type of role or character and he's done it and done it amazingly.
This is mostly correct.Nic Cage is Nic Cage in every role he’s ever played, which is usually fun, but it kinda disqualifies him from the greatest actor alive title.
Not including Adaptation here is a crime. That's so insanely wrong. He has never once done the same thing in any movie he's ever done.
It doesn't even make sense - you couldn't get more different than the characters he's played in Leaning Las Vegas to Adaptation to Peggy Sue Got Married to The Rock to Raising Arizona to Into the Spiderverse to Kick Ass to Valley Girls to Moonstruck to Lord of War to The Family Man to PIG to City of Angels to Con Air to National Treasure to Next to Matchstick Men to Massive Talent.
