I remember the book being awesome when I read it as a kid. It has this huge ninja attack in it. Who doesn't like a huge ninja attack? the only other one of his I read was Tai-Pan which was good as well.

I think the Life is Beautiful guy may have been the last one to win it. The late Bruno Ganz should have won it for Downfall.
