OT: Movies/TV Shows

Man On The Inside is worth watching for some easy watching fun. Like any other Ted Danson project. You really can't go wrong with him.

I love a Ted Danson vehicle as much as anyone but I'm losing interest after a handful of shows. Jokes are losing steam, and feels derivative of Murders in the Building but with less energy

I had a similar thought re Only Murders... Obviously the humor is a lot different though.

Never heard of it, what's it about? And on which channel?
On Apple+
Joel Kinneman is the most notable actor, but it's definitely an ensemble cast.

Takes place in an alternate reality where the Russians beat the US to the moon, which leads to a significantly different world in a lot of ways... like different presidents and technologies.

Some top notch tension building.

okay, I have heard of that, sounds interesting. Don't have Apple right now but I will try to watch it when I can. Alternate history plot reminds me of The Man in the High Castle, which is an amazing show if you haven't seen it.

They do like a 3 month free trail.

Yeah, I've been wanting to watch Man In the High Castle. Might watch it when we're finished with this.

Loved the first season or two of For All Mankind, but after that the story really started getting bogged down with soap operary interpersonal drama.
