Come on dude, this is 101 shit. Dippers won't defect, but Grits will. Target the fluid voters and hollow out the middle like 2011. Also, they've decided to pick ideological fights with the premiers. That's how they're brandishing their ideological bona fides.
 
They did in 2011. Anyway, not saying they will this time. But wooing Liberals is clearly the Tory strategy, that's my point. Dip voters will increasingly become a bedrock orange vote that won't migrate, leaving the Liberals with an unreliable base that can swing left or right depending circumstances and devastate the Liberals in a first past the post system. That doesn't mean they can't win, but this is the new reality IMO.
 
Polls actually show Harper votes are the most solid followed by Liberal. NDP votes are the least solid. Check out threehundredeight.com if you need a link.

The Liberal platform plank, obtained by The Canadian Press, offers the wounded a choice of either lump sum or pensions-for-life. They promise to re-instate the option during the current fiscal year.
