The point of view in that thread is embarrassingly singular.

Lets be fair here.

Hillary might have had some classified intel on a private server.

Trump has a meeting in the oval office with the Russians (who our intelligence service says is a spy in Kislyak), bars US Media from the office, has Russian media there, declassifies intel from an ally that is "highly classified" and not to be passed on, gives it to the russians, indirectly compromises the intel source, and then has his advisors deny it, and then admits it.

Anyone who doesn't see these as exactly the same is a sheep and a hypocrite.

He definitely did not.

This is one case where he's going to make life for Americans more dangerous, because the FVEY, otherwise known as the 5 eyes is about to lock the USA out.

No ifs ands or buts, in regards to the USA, the five eyes is only going to be receiving intel from the Americans, they wont be sharing their own. Toss in countries like the Germany and the Israelis, and this is not good. Not good at all.

100% this is going to make things worse.

Again, it might be legal, but that doesn't mean that people shouldn't be up in arms about it.

Its a major ****-up, no matter how you slice it.

I don't understand how its defensible.

in fairness, we all stated during the campaign that he was an idiot, that his comments were idiocy, hell some said bordering on psychopathy. You stated iirc, it was just talk and bluster. Maybe you were wrong.

BTW, do you know his chocolate cake recipe, apparently it is amazing...
