Cauliflower mash is excellent. Roasting is brilliant. We also did some seared, then braised with crème fraîche and wine.

A friend bought those forged in fire knives they’re advertising. They are sharp as heck.
 
Anyone else experience a precipitous drop in weight when starting their diet? I’m eating less than 50g of carbs a day and I’m feeling all weird and lost 7 pounds in a week which is freaking me out. I’m also on a low sodium kick so I’m hoping it’s just bloating weight. I’m assuming it will grow back?
 
Yeah I'm a bit disappointed that we have a 15 page discussion on fucking cauliflower. Have we really run out of foods to discuss already?

That's typical when people go keto. It's mostly water loss. Be sure to replenish your electrolytes!
