OT: The M-Fing Food Thread

I'm good with it. I'm disappointed is all. I guess we prefer about health here than eating interesting food. Which is fine and probably the right way to go. I'm not at that stage yet.

And for the record I had cauliflower just yesterday. It's a fine side. But it's always the bridesmaid. If it isn't your meal is trash
 
No seriously concerned. I didn’t start this for weight loss. I did it for my lipid levels and blood pressure.

7lbs seems like a normal amount to lose...but I went to Nick Riviera University
 
Gatorade has too many carbs. What do you use? Pedialyte?
Gatorade is very high sugar. Avoid it.

You are basically looking to top up potassium, sodium and magnesium. Sodium is easy to get. Magnesium and potassium a bit more difficult. I sup magnesium on days I workout (due to the sweating). You can find potassium in all kinds of foods.

Easiest and quickest thing to top them up is just get some supplements. Widely available.

Hey if I actually loved the sugar peanut butter I'd be all over it. Not big on sweets, which probably helps me maintain my lanky body.

I'm with ya...my sweets repertoire is confined to dark chocolate, the occasional peanut butter sammy (usually when I'm high) and a little drizzle of maple syrup. I even find most fruit too sweet.

Potassium isn’t hard. I gotta figure out the magnesium.

Food is food. Feel free to talk about poutine all you want. Or any other fatty stuff for that matter. I just had to change my diet and appreciate the input.
