iirc Davion's nerdies have been mostly horrendous even in a very limited backup role. but maybe some say different.

ah but shit, Vezenkov has an even bigger contract and he might be just as bad. huh.

Vezenkov: $6.7m this year, $7.0m team option next year
Mitchell: $6.4m team option this year

McDaniels: $4.7m this year
 
Vezenkov was euroleague MVP before coming over last year. And asked his way out of Sac this summer.
 
Vezenkov was a big euro free agent last year no? Seems like a decent roll of the dice.

I’ve like Mitchell since the draft. Maybe he gets it going here.
 
Mitchell is tiny, almost fred tiny, but he's fast and can defend fast PGs. Probably gets exposed on any switches tho.

Can also shoot 3s, but otherwise his offense has been bad.
