So hey, I was right about something this year. Grichuk finishes with a 0.8 bWAR and 0.4 fWAR. Sub-replacement over the last 5 months.

I don't dislike Grichuk as much now that the team has figured out he isn't an everyday player. But still probably best to release him in the offseason. No-bat OF are a dime a dozen and almost all of them will be better defenders.

No doubt he was absolutely horrible in the second half. Still may be useful as an extra OF since they're already paying him, but easy to move on from as well.
