OT: The Toronto Blue Jays

Or...the everyday 2B cause Espinal isnt all that great?
Yeah that is true, he really fell off at the end. I think he is best used off the bench. He can play 3B, SS, 2B. He is definitely useful and comes up with some key hits. He is a good guy to have around but is not an everyday player.

I kind of liked Merrifield. If he hits this year like he did for the Jays last year then I am more than fine with that. I am hoping he can inject some speed into the lineup. Two years ago he had 40 stolen bases.

Shatkins keeps talking about making the offense more balanced. Well adding some speed to it should be an element.

The Jays are probably going to pick up another OF, but I wonder if a pitcher is coming next... Evoldi anyone?

Incorrect and so are most OF4
And that makes it ok? We all know Springer is probably going to miss 40 games or so next year. KK has not been healthy in recent years so put him at missing 60 games. New guy is going to need to sit against lefties most times. There is a ton of playing time available for a 4th outfielder on this team. Cutch would be the best option. He should not be playing 150 games anymore but maybe with a reduced work load we can squeeze some more out of him. Regardless, last year, he got regular and was still average.

A bunch of those outs look like homers here. Varsho hitting 40 bombs at the dome next year. This is def a win now move. Helps the team.

This is not how the dome will look next year though. Going to be a few angles out there.

Still, I think he could get a power boost playing in TO. He needs an OBP boost as well to be worth Moreno+

If you think Cutch is actually better than Duval, Pollock or Grossman then there is no helping you
