Not a big fan of hot dogs but I'd eat the fuck out of that. I made a simple olive oil, garlic pasta sauce with some homemade sausage that I removed the casing off of for dinner tonight.Yeah, well, I’m also making hot dog fried rice.
Trying to rid the fridge of loose odds and ends puts a serious dent in bourgeois aesthetic.
Tldr: make your own sausages. I make a fuckton every year and freeze them. Lasts me 6-8 months. They're seasoned all differently so you get a nice variety too.
