The short list on this is pretty short

- Israel is almost too obvious
- Would Uncle Joe really do it? US is always capable of it.
- MBS still mad about the 2019 Iranian attacks on his oil infrastructure?
- Does Georgia or Kazahkstan have the capability to pull this off to twist Putin's titty and false flag it?
- Iran-Turkey relations have always been weird and they have the capability to pull this off


and yeah...could Ukraine pull this off? Would be a hell of a threaded needle to avoid Russian and Turkish airpspace without setting off alarms. 2000+ km here. Dunno if the Ukies have the capabilities.
 


Regarding Azerbaijan, something I saw on twitter earlier and skimmed over when looking for more stuff on the attack is that they've apparently emptied their embassy in Tehran. Now, that could be them reacting with caution given the recent attack at that same embassy, but still.

Regarding the F35, it appears that the recent F35 crash was due to a fleet wide issue and not isolated to the VTOL version that crashed. A high pressure fuel tube failed that will have to be replaced on every F35 in service.
