Lavoie? No thank you. Overrated in halifax. Soft. Floats. Entitled. No way would I put that 'golden lion' in the montreal market.

Good point. I just watched him so much. I found him entirely frustrating. He has all of the perks except the one that does the thinking and the part that gives him a killer instinct to drive the play. In my mind. He’s a French Canadian McCarron with better speed
 
If the Oilers want Allen I want Lavoie and Boirgault. They're about the only players in the Oilers organization that they'd trade who I'd be interested in. They won't give us Bouchard, or anyone good, and I'm not interested in stiffs like Cici or Holloway.
 
To me, Lavoie is like Ben Maxwell. Too good for the AHL, not good enough for the NHL. He's like Alexandre Giroux from 15 years ago when he was running shit in Hersey with Keith Aucoin.

Will eventually carve himself a nice career in the Swiss leagues.
