I guess one way to improve your squad is to sign players he's familiar with. ten Hag bringing in de Ligt and Mazraoui.

They were too busy trying make a purchase of Bordeaux work. My Bordeaux-based colleagues are not happy that they’re in the 3rd tier now but they said it’s been inevitable for a while. But they have a top tier rugby club to support to assuage their pain.

What is the deal with Charlotte and freaking wingers? Aside from the one Polish striker DP they kinda sorta got right a couple of years ago and their recent Tim Ream deal, this bunch of dummies have poured all manner of resources into trying to find some sort of magic on the wing. Seriously. It's troubling.
 
Kalvin Phillips is headed to Ipswich on a season long loan with no recall clause. Since moving to Man City from Leeds, he had only 31 appearances in 18 months before heading to West Ham on loan in the January window. He only had 8 appearances for the Hammers.
 
I never did get that move to City for Phillips. Perfectly good breakup/disruptor No. 6, but not at all the kind of passer needed for Pep's system.
 
Bournemouth has signed striker Evanilson from Porto for €47 million. He’ll replace the departed Dominic Solanke. Evanilson scored 60 goals in 154 games for Porto in the last 4 seasons, with 25 goals in 42 games last season. He's earned 2 senior caps for Brazil.
 
Tottenham sign LW Wilson Odobert out of nowhere from Burnley….id say this is our plan B after missing out on Neto.

Enjoying Lange”s work so far…..Lucas Bergvall (18), Archie Gray (19), Min-Hyeok Yang (18), and now Odobert (18)….nice compliment of youth to go along with the Solanke addition up front.

Tottenham sold Oliver Skipp to Leicester for £20m….love Skippy, but absolutely thrilled to get that much for him.

Love that it basically covers our Wilson Odebert signing, while Odebert fills such a glaring need at the club. (Dribbly winger, that can beat his man consistently)
