Tech Thread

it's like a satire post that Tim Pool isn't clever or honest enough to write. and then elon liked it. very strange.

It'll be the gansta move in all of tech history if Elon could convince the same folks afraid of the mRNA vaccine to beg to get a neuralink transplant

Even better, he's going to convince all of the Republicans to buy EV's when Elon tells them that the deep start liberals are trying to tank his company.

He's not the hero Gotham wants, but he's the hero Gotham needs.

I thought of that...and sure some MAGA's have money to upgrade to Teslas...but many will keep buying Chevy and Fords

As long as Chevy and Ford don’t go woke by cutting their Twitter advertising or pushing out more and more EVs.

If they do, there are probably enough predatory lenders around to get the poor MAGATs into a used Tesla for a great monthly payment.

Shares in electric vehicle maker Tesla have fallen 28% since October 27, when CEO Elon Musk bought Twitter and appointed himself “Chief Twit,” or CEO, of the social media business.

By way of comparison, other major automakers like Ford, GM and Volkswagen are slightly up since Oct. 27, as is BYD, a Chinese company that makes electric vehicles and batteries.

if you're keeping score that's about $200B in market cap lost in 6 weeks....that loss itself is bigger than the market cap of all but 32 publicly traded companies in the US. ie all of McDonalds is valued at $200B, Nike $175B, Disney $170B

Damn, Tesla could've bought McDonalds and combined overhyped junk with high quality product. I'll let you guys figure out which is which.
