I never saw a minute of anything of his until his recent Netflix specials within the last few years. Felt he was definitely interesting and intelligent and observant, but not hilarious like he’s supposed to be per popular opinion. So then I just YouTubed to see some of the earlier stuff and thought very meh and not getting what all the hype was about. Then he did his, “I had to sign away my rights because I had no leverage then so just give me back my IP for free” schtick, and thought he was a dickhead. And his recent SNL monologue with some clear anti-semitic undercurrents sort of sealed the deal.

Very glad that I've sold off like 90% of the shares I owned in Tesla. Would have been nice to fully punt the last of it back before the Twitter takeover was finalized. Stock has basically halved since September.

God, the levels of cringe and second-hand embarrassment I got from watching this were just off the charts.

Musk awkwardly shuffling around the stage not knowing how to respond. Chappelle going back and forth between telling bad jokes to try and break the tension and shitting on his own paying audience to try and make Elon feel better.

What the fuck is this guy doing? The only thing I can think of is he saw the wave coming that's going to tank Tesla and ruin his image as a super genius savior, and decided his best move would become the next Trump?

Could've made an absolute fortune riding TSLA up to its highs and another just as impressive fortune selling and shorting that piece of shit back down to its current level.

And it would've been the most satisfying money ever earned. Fuck.
