For anyone who gives a fuck, it was confirmed today that Kappy was scratched because he was late for practice Friday. Apparently this was the first time it was an issue with the Leafs, but Kappy had a habit/history of showing up late to practice when he was playing for Keefe on the Marlies.

The simple explanation is that you've all been making up these RHD rumours out of whole cloth and Dubas doesn't care about Kappy's trade value because he's not entertaining trading him for "insert random RHD here".
