Yeah Dubas hasn't done much that's based on analytics. For all the hate he gets because of advanced stats, it's kind of unwarranted. He acquired and stick with Ceci, acquired Barrie and paid 10.9 to mucho. Doesn't seem like very progressive thinking.

He has basically said in the past that the analytics are just one tool and even then you have to be picky on when and how they are used.

The more you read the more you see how they aren’t very close to being perfect for hockey yet.
