Engvall, Kampf and Malgin are our best bottom 6ers. The rest could all be replaced and upgraded on pretty easy.

Eh not really.

The PP is producing more goals than last year primarily because the top unit is getting more PP time.

And the bottom 6 is producing similarly at evens as last year while being better defensively and getting tougher matchups.

They cost a combined 4.5m. They are getting value out of that trio unlike Kerf and Krok at a combined 5.6.

And over the last 3 years Spezza scored 5.79 p/60 on the PP, which was slightly below the big 4.

Having a hall of fame PP Qb just sitting on the 4th line was pretty nice. But to each their own.
