The Fantastically Beautiful Joyously Superfun 22-23 Season Celebration Thread

I love how no one really knows what order the pairings should be in. Those are 3 legitimate top 4 caliber NHL pairings. But for me McCabe-Brodie is the one you want playing in any and every situation. They're my go-to.

Well we can only presume that Raz is screaming at his agent begging for an out. Leafs don't have to honour that if the offers aren't there and in a long playoff run, that Raz depth will be handy to have... But I can only assume it is being explored. Feels weird that no one in the media is picking up on this. The guy was upset and almost held out because he didn't want to be a 3rd pair guy.. Well now he's the #7. If a forward version of him is available it should be a fairly straight forward transaction to make.

yeah Rielly is on our bottom pair. he's the only guy in our D corps now who needs to be sheltered at evens.

I am a little concerned about him and Holl together though, they seem to have really shit chemistry (and results) for whatever reason. but easy enough to switch Timmy and Holl

The orange chicken is always empty by the time the first 10-15 people get to pass through and pick first.
I don’t think that’s true. Overwhelmingly, the top scorers are picked in the first round and while the distribution is heavily weighted to top 10-15 there still tends to be impact talent available throughout the round in most drafts.
Obviously, way more misses in the back half of the round than the first half, but there is almost always talent.
