Well the problem there is that dubas signed a 5 year contract to work under shanny after the avs thing so, yeah; that theory doesn’t make sense.

That's what I don't get about the "interference" angle. Where are the sneaky analytics driven pickups? His entire track record is that stuff, throw in a few good top pairing defenders (Muzzin & Brodie), and an 11 million dollar centre and that's basically the Dubas era. Gud pros and expensive veterans with established track records.

Where are all the sneaky analytics driven pickups and trades that the traditionalist Shanahan was plotting against and blocking some of?
