So either shanahan wont let dubas fire his hand picked coach, or shanahan wanted to overrule dubas and fire the coach that he hasn’t fired in order to give the new gm the opportunity to decide?

Just because someone else picks a guy doesn't mean he can't become the bosses guy too.

Could be Shanny is looking at the regular season numbers too.

Mainly the guys already mentioned... Tulsky, botterill. Okay with the old guys in McPhee or Treliving but not excited about any.

Would love to see wickenheiser recieved a larger role but don't know if GM is the next step or a couple steps away (appears super smart and capable but have no idea how involved she has been to this point)
 
If I had to narrow that list to two it would be Tulsky and Pridham.

As for the established guys?

Treliving

Chayka (the smart one) will get a look too

If I had to actually put money on someone (fuck off FanDuel) it'd probably be Treliving.
