That's fine. Now add the scoring.

Of course it does. But with these two guys, there's waaaaay too much negativity attached to a top pair dman who (I believe is just fine defensively) is a transition and offensive stud, and a PPG center. There's never really anything great said about them, other than in the particular moment of greatness where they get appreciated and then quickly forgotten again.Great players are allowed to be analyzed where their strengths and weaknesses are discussed, no? Or does this not apply to Rielly and Tavares?
Looks like he was a horse who led us then, even without adding his other points.EV

I think most of us appreciate how good Mo is offensively. One of the best in the league and it's brought up often. How often can we repeat that without it becoming a giant boring circle jerk though?Of course it does. OK, but can we win then? We console ourselves every summer.
Well, I said he's just fine defensively, not great. He makes some silly turnovers when he tries to head up the ice on offense, but in his own zone, I don't see this horrific D nightmare you guys seem to see. I see him engaged, strong on the puck, aggressive, etc.I think most of us appreciate how good Mo is offensively. One of the best in the league and it's brought up often. I think you're being disingenuous when you say he's great defensively though. That's just a straight up lie. It's like saying Matthews has great hair

In a whole 7 games. And still Rielly had twice as many, but you're not counting PP time. Fair enough. But there's a reason why Rielly plays on the PP and Muzz doesn't. Muzz took two screened slapshots from the point. That was his offensive contribution. He got one more point than that no good washed up no offense Muzz.
According to capfriendly, it kicks in July 1, 2023 and he still only gets to block 10 teams off.Muzzin has a ntc so he's as untradeable as you keep sating JT is because of his nmc,
Modified NTC starts next year. That's when they will have an easier time trading himAccording to capfriendly, it kicks in July 1, 2023 and he still only gets to block 10 teams off.
According to Capfriendly he has a NTC the first 3 season of his contract and a modified NTC in the last yr which kicks next yr.According to capfriendly, it kicks in July 1, 2023 and he still only gets to block 10 teams off.
So do players with nmc's , except it seems by Toronto.
Ah, okay, I just hovered over it on the main page. Not sure why it wouldn't say that instead of NTC in '23.According to Capfriendly he has a NTC the first 3 season of his contract and a modified NTC in the last yr which kicks next yr.
Wow, what are they feeding our boy over there?
Eh, I think if all parties are willing, we'll get proper value.I think almost every significant $ player we've shipped out has had one.
Definitely agree players will be reluctant to waive and it makes it harder to get value though.
