i repeat that most of my arguments against gay marriage are sociological, not religious.
Yes, but Jesus wasn't God, God became Jesus.
Yup. It's fake Christianity and borders on idol worship with its veneration of non-God figures. And I'll say whatever I want about the depraved, corrupt Catholic Church that represents the worst of organized religion.
i repeat that most of my arguments against gay marriage are sociological, not religious.
he didn't duck it in 2008, he said he was for a man and woman marriage only. He probably didn't have alot of gay people in his life back then.
accusing everyone who disagrees with you of being intolerant, pretty much solely because they disagree with you...again, as you would like to say, "non sequitur"
You're just mad we won.
wrong. absolutely wrong. i can honestly understand why some would support gay marriage and they aren't "intolerant" for doing so. i disagree with them, but that doesnt make them intolerant.
i accuse people of being intolerant when they say the virgin mary was a whore, that religious people are all stupid f*cking zombies, and that 1.4 billion indians are savages because they mostly don't like gay marriage and they don't use toilet paper.
nope. i reject this utterly. this is the equivalent of calling you a sick, deviant pervert for supporting gay marriage.
You can reject it all you want, I really do think in 40 years the majority of people in our society will think it's ridiculous that some people spoke out against gay marriage with such enthusiasm. You can see the tide changing already.
you "won" what? there are over a billion of us catholics and we are the fastest growing christian denomination. how many of you presbyterians are there?
maybe, maybe not. but that doesnt mean those of us who support the traditional definition of marriage are the equivalent of 60's segregationists.
This doesn't make any sense.
They can't be intolerant specifically because they are supporting an inclusive idea. There's no circumstance under which you could claim that people in favour of greater tolerance towards the marginalized are intolerant.
No you don't. You do it because you're trying to use it as a trump card to deflect from the absurdity of your ideas.
