It’s what I do.Beat me to it..
I’m guessing his playoffs are over.

I figure two is the minimum, even for that pack of clowns. Maybe three. That hit while Stone was prone on the ice is 100% indefensible.Benn has a hearing with Player Safety. I don’t know what his disciplinary history is, but 2 games wouldn’t surprise me.
Yeah. That seems on the level with the two handed overhead chop to the head. Seems like that should be a season. There’s no excuse. It’s absolutely not an accident or in any way intended to not be what it is.I figure two is the minimum, even for that pack of clowns. Maybe three. Well yeah but that "Fall" was 100% intentional and aimed
Wait, that can't be real. No one is stupid enough to try to use that excuse.
I feel like he's giving the league office an out if they feel like taking it. Nobody honestly believes that excuse for a second, but we're talking about a league that let Sam Bennett off the hook for taking multiple stick shots at Benning during the Leafs series, so ... yeah. If he just straight up apologizes now, he ties their hands. It's BS, but I get it.Wait, that can't be real. No one is stupid enough to try to use that excuse.
We've established that 2 playoff games translates to 5 regular season games, right? If so ... it's still not enough for me. I honestly think there should be absolutely no place in professional sports for so blatant an attempt to injure. For a guy with any history at ALL, that should be 30 games in my opinion. And look, we can argue about fighting and head shots all day, but the NHL could move the needle towards player safety quite easily by banning all stick contact with prone players. If a guy's in a defenseless position on the ice and you make aggressive contact with your stick, then you're out for a minimum of 10 game for a first offense, with multipliers of 3 ... 10, 30, 90. Who the freak argues with that?Benn got 2 games.
