Maybe, but still. Deadmonton won their series on Wednesday, Vancouver on Friday. Game 1 easily could have been tonight. Hell, I looked at the schedule at the arena and they could have done the game on Tuesday.

I went 8/8 because I picked the Avs to beat the frauds from Winnipeg. I wasn't exactly right on the number of games with some of the series but I tend to avoid picking one team or another in 7 games because game 7 is a coin flip. You need to pick a winner in 6 games or less. Picking a team to win in 7 is just relying on luck.

Dallas will beat the Avs in 6
New York will beat the Canes in 5
Florida will beat the Broons in 5 (maybe 4, but they're probably a bit rusty right now)
Edmonton will beat the Cannots in 6 (allowing for the inevitable Skinner/Nurse clown show games)
