Actually kind of interesting because obviously Lou is upset at Dobson's contract demands, and there's probably some playstyle and/or character issues which Lou isn't 100% on board with or else he's be getting it done.

Mo is the consummate professional tho, and gives Lou cost certainty. Lou signed Mo to a 6 x $5 deal 8yrs ago when Mo was 22.

Dobson is in a similar role as Mo, being a little bit sheltered in the top 4 while Pelech Pulock Romanov Mayfield take care of the toughest usage.

So I’m all ears for a plausible explanation of what Morgan Rielly’s motivation would be to uproot himself, his wife and their six-month-old child from his wife’s hometown and his home for the past 13 years to go play for the Islanders.
