Its a great contract for both

Nick gets financial security for life

Habs get a top 2 C locked up at fair money when the cap will 100+ in 8 years

If Nick continues at the 65-80 point clip its a great deal , I dont see any downside

Easily moveable and locked up for his entire prime career

Its your Gally and Price contract that kill you , not this one .

Yeah the threshold is the argument but going by 10 is metric and standard. People just want to argue what isn't there.
