Plenty of teams dont have a 1C , some have elite ones .The terminology is all wrong. Elite #1 are rare.
I keep seeing him as a McDonagh type. Can log a tons of minutes, solid D, can support the offense.
Me too but it will take 3-4 yearsI still have hope for Mailloux being a top pairing guy.
Yes but that does happen, longer road but there's a payoff. That's my hope.Me too but it will take 3-4 years
Freege on radio mentioned it as a candidate , but he think Dubas is staying in TOSource? Self?
Just to get a rise. Love it.Freege on radio mentioned it as a candidate , but he think Dubas is staying in TO
Bingo but he needs to get more nasty physically , RM was a beastI keep seeing him as a McDonagh type. Can log a tons of minutes, solid D, can support the offense.

Not if the Leafs get bounced early again. He might be "invited" to leave then.Freege on radio mentioned it as a candidate , but he think Dubas is staying in TO
I don't.I still have hope for Mailloux being a top pairing guy.
boy wonder will only be back if the Leafs win a couple of series, if not, his playoff record will be too atrocious to keep himFreege on radio mentioned it as a candidate , but he think Dubas is staying in TO
His playoff record is already too atrocious to keep him yet there he sits. He should have been fired for losing to the Habs.boy wonder will only be back if the Leafs win a couple of series, if not, his playoff record will be too atrocious to keep him
He’s done a good job. Not his fault the Leafs have continuously chocked for 55 years.boy wonder will only be back if the Leafs win a couple of series, if not, his playoff record will be too atrocious to keep him
he inherited the two best Leaf players since Sundin and Joseph, and hasn't won shit, it's his team, his fault. He’s done a good job. Not his fault the Leafs have continuously chocked for 55 years.
MB could actually be a good fit for them IF Mario still has clout - as their focus will be 100% on pro player trades since ownership has made it clear there will be no retool / rebuild as long as Crosby / Malkin are aroundProblem for Pittsburgh is, the damage is already done. They're stradled with those Malkin, Letang & Rust (Can you believe he's signed until 2028? Fucking Christ) contracts, they don't have much in terms of prospects/pîcks, Petry never really returned to form...
The next few years in Pittsburgh are going to be what every team dreads: Stuck in the middle. Not good enough to compete, not shitty enough to tank.
