There is a forward (or 2) that prevented an offseason like that.

I think both Tanev & OEL are really 2-3 year deals, that were extended to compensate for the tax advantage other teams have.

I don’t dislike either move, so long as that’s accurate, and we aren’t paying either guy once they fall off a cliff.
