Dewar has been used in very tough defensive usage to start his career and has done very well in that role. He's fast and gritty. I'm a fan. He probably doesn't have scoring hands in the NHL but he looks like a good young defensive player for cheap.
I hope both of these guys can up their game on faceoffs, though. What they've done so far there isn't good enough, especially since they're probably not up against the top faceoff guys much. Good thing is faceoffs are one area where youngsters really can improve on dramatically with experience.
Makes it hard to trade Kampf if these guys can't hack it in the dot. Though maybe if the org really likes Minten....
