Guessing they are going to look at your little chart and give him 7/32BUF was hard to sort. Mittlestadt seems to be back on the wing right now I think. Hardest team to figure out who their #1/2/3 was.

What are his numbers without Reaves?and tbh i don't mind too much. Kampf getting the extra dzone starts is mostly fine i think. but that's only assuming reaves was a big part of Kampf's putrid metrics so far. if he can't improve on those without reaves then keeping playing him like this will only hurt us.
Tldr: BadWhat are his numbers without Reaves?
Yeah, I thought the last time someone posted, Kampf was somehow worse without Reaves.Tldr: Bad

tbh i thought my numbers were an overpay.Eh, with 1 yr left of RFA control, if they extend him it will be at way more than that. Same team just threw 7.1 x all the years at Cozens and tbh he's probably looking at Suzuki and Josh Norris as comparables. Buffalo is probably going to need something like 7.5x8 to keep him, and that's going to be a great day when they panic and do it.

Is it me or has middlestadt been a bum there for like 4 years until now?
Gregor-Kampf-McMann is 45% which is just bad, but not Reaves unplayable bad.
Dumping Kampfs contract is a kind of a must at this point.
Oh dear59 points last year, is getting 19 minutes a night this year and might crack 70 points. 1 yr away from UFA and can at least claim to play centre. 7.5 million is low end #1C money and they're playing him like a low end #1C.
This isn't dissimilar to that time when Matt Stajan was our #1C for a few years and scored 55-60 points a year during the dead puck era before going to Calgary and reverting into 35 point form for the rest of his career.
If memory serves, Calgary threw a relative bucket of money at him back then too.

45% with mostly dzone usage isn't really bad tbh.
Yeah, I was going to say, who out there has a 4th line that's humming along at 50%-60%?
Siegel thinks Kampf would be better than Domi at 3C.Whether you like Kampf or no, $2.4M for a guy that is totally incapable of playing higher in the lineup than 4C is a flat-out bad allocation of our cap resources.
