I don't even practice religion lol. I was raised religious but haven't practiced in a decade. I do see value in it and specifically Christianity, though.

Haha I am 6'4" and 215-220lbs (I don't check often, but I know the last time was in that range) white guy. Don't work out as much as I'd like to now that I have a child but it is what it is. I'm not a morning person so only 3-4 times a week now.

I can grow a beard but don't let it get long since I can't stand the itchiness.
