Call it a 3-4 term limit then.

A lot of the core issues start to melt away when term limits become normal in the other branches though. Concepts like corporate personhood, money = speech, campaign finance reform, etc start to change over time to limit the impact lobbyists have in general. When dark money PAC's can have such massive outsized influence, yeah new congress people are going to get worked because they don't have much choice to play ball or have big money donors primary them or support their competitor in 4 years.

Limit the size of the stick the lobbyists are playing with and we can go back to normal levels of Washington grift and corruption, not this robber baron, death of democracy level we're seeing now.
