It will almost be as bad when he loses...which he will.
I think it will be a resounding defeat, which will hamstring some of his fuckery, but, unfortunately, not all of it.
It sucks knowing he will sow chaos for months, but it's better than years.

Now one might keep records of a number of years as proof/documentation was required (eg., hiring credits received from governments for whatever job creation program there might be in that state).
