I agree with you 100%

Biden verified the old Putin argument that both sides are corrupt and do everything out of self interest.

In some ways, a voter can say Trump is more self aware and honest by not pretending to have any morality

This is bothsidesism though, you can't tell me that Biden doesn't have ten million times more "morality" than Donald Trump. The fact that millions of people don't understand this, doesn't change it.

And pardoning his son on "trumped up" charges after 4 years of persecution AND AFTER agreeing to a plea bargain is not the same thing as pardoning actual traitors, not in the same ballpark, and not even the same fucking sport.

You can also just never tell in general.

My grandfather worked out & jogged five days a week religiously, ate an extremely healthy diet and was jacked, and died suddenly in his late 70’s.

One of his best friends at that point, who was the same age, was obese, had already had multiple heart attacks and open-heart surgeries, smoked like a chimney and drank like a fish through much of his youth & young adulthood and was also filled with shrapnel & PTSD from his time in the Korean War. He lived into his 90’s.

you're right that you can never tell.

but the way that trump has skated through life up until now... does not fill me with confidence that his end is imminent, despite the obvious decline

Don't get me wrong, I do agree that it's a fail and that it sucks. Just that I understand it, and Hunter's sentence was not particularly fair to begin with. And heavily politically motivated, obviously.

If the general public is going to overlook all the obvious bad things Trump did, then fuck them if they want to start up with the wailing and gnashing of teeth over this.
