Yup. I always recommend no knead for beginners though. Great icebreaker and as I said... The bread is terrific.

Assuming quebec is like Alberta. Funerals are canceled. Most funeral homes have a streaming option though.

I did the streaming thing for my oncle in Australia on his Ipad for my Grnadmother's funeral.. A disaster he forgot to mute his mic and was "Whispering" throughout the funeral and my aunt placed the ipad next to a mikke.

Seriously... I hate this fear mongering shit. It sucks and it's terrible, but (for now, at least) this is entirely temporary. There's more than enough valid shit to fear monger about. Stick to that. And do a better job of it tbh because you clearly aren't scaring many Americans.
