OT: Coronavirus Resources - and other things to not worry about

Ack. Friend whose got the 1+2 super immunity (caught it pre initial vax) just tested positive again.

Runny nose only symptom

another friend of the fam who is boosted just got over it. Scratchy throat was only symptom.
 
The frustrating thing about this roll out is that many of those 50+ who had to wait six months to register for the booster are still trying to get appointments. I know quite a few seniors who haven’t been able to snag a booster appt. yet and now it’s become even tougher.

I Feel really fortunate that I managed to book an appointment a week ago for the end of January.

Yeah my parents had to really work to get their appointment. It's not ideal at all. We're gonna have a lot of elderly people way behind the queue simply because younger tech-savvy folks are able to find earlier appointments.

I hear Ottawa is a complete disaster in terms of availability once again.

yeah i gave up on shopper's immediately. but rexall has been aces - contacted me the first day i was eligible last time, had an appointment the next day.

But but but... how did you find the phone numbers of the pharmacies? My parents had no idea how to find it until I gave them instructions. And my mom actually knows how to use a computer. Others don't!
 
I'm gonna #PressMyLuck and hope that NACI changes recommendations towards a full Moderna shot for the boost before I book my appointment.

No whammy no whammy....
