OT: Coronavirus Resources - and other things to not worry about

Because unfortunately the antivaxxers won, in most countries. Most people could handle it for a while but 2 years in pandemic time is a lot. It turned out that your average citizen knows more about contagious viruses than virologists or infectious disease experts.

Whereas China don't give a fuck what people think or want.

Day 3? Maybe 4.

Though testing positive on Monday, I think my symptoms started on Sunday.

Today, I feel mostly fine. Moderate congestion. Typical sore throat.

Aches are gone. Mild fever broke last night.

I began feeling better once I used a netti pot and smoked a joint.

Triple vaxed and hippie cures for the win.

Now I'm just irritated that I need to stay inside.

Five more sleeps.

Maybe Putin actually did take the Sputnik vaccine instead of one of the real ones.

That’d explain why the man’s been terrified to let anyone within 20 feet of him for the past couple of years. Because he knows Sputnik is just made of cheap vodka and fermented beet juice.
Pretty sure the rumor is that he has Parkinson’s. It’s not quite ALS but I’ll smile just the same if true.

After my son's team was eliminated this weekend at hockey, we walked by the dressing room for the other team.

All of the parents were waiting for their happy youngsters.

I congratulated them whilst cranking out loud, stinky farts.

They asked if I had just done what I did.

Oh yes I replied. Enjoy both the victory and my farts...

As an introvert, I have to say, I really enjoyed the lockdown and working from home. I really hope extroverts now understand that feeling they've been experiencing for the last 2 years during the lockdowns, well that's the same feeling that we introverts have been experiencing since birth living in an extroverted world!

I understand that the majority of the population are extroverts and are fed up of lockdowns though. That doesn't mean I agree with it however lol :ROFLMAO:

Yeah, like the jokes early in the pandemic. Wait a minute, what's the difference between "isolation" and my normal life? I'm not seeing what needs to change?

I didn't require the elaboration. The name has fit for years.

Mrs. Wayward is on day six today and her congestion is breaking. Sore throat broke earlier. No fever. Can affirm she also supports herbal remedies and their efficacy :p. She is isolating until Friday. I am back at work after continuing to test negative and remaining asymptomatic.

yeah I've realized I most more introverted than I may have realized. Or can survive as such...

She basically has 2 doses of omicron spike now! Super immunity for awhile hopefully. Hope she makes a full recovery.

And by the fall if omicron is still around we'll probably be offered omicron specific vaccines. So she can boost up if she pleases. No need for another Wuhan dose imo.
