I honestly dont mind pulling for the Jays , because to me they are moreso Canada's team than Toronto's team. Having said that I could never buy a blue jersey that says Toronto on it.
Keep telling that to yourself. Their elimination can't come soon enough.
Because they are rammed down our throats six months a year.Dude, posters like you and Sal have been out of the country too long. The Jays easily have the greatest national following of any Canadian professional team.

Well unfortunately the Jays will not be in this position for a very very long time. So, this is extremely disappointing that they are wasting their last opportunity with the team they have to go out like this.
I watched the highlights over and over this morning just to see them lose over and over. Sweet. Canada's team,eh? If that's the case, I delight in the mourning......
Love the downcast faces in the media. Its a beautiful morning...........must say though, won't be near as much fun watching after they are eliminated. You need a team to cheer strongly for or against.
The most annoying thing is, while wearing an Expos cap around town IN MONTREAL, people telling me that I should be wearing a Blow Jays cap. That 4th loss can't come soon enough.
Even though the Expos told me they didn't want me as a fan long before they became the Nationals and it was clear they were doomed, I never had any affection for Toronto's team. That team also didn't have to vote in favour of contraction.
I love the Jays.
Gibbons is an idiot. But this team is built on the HR. They don't get 'em, they don't win. This series is magnifying their issue. They aren't getting fastballs and the hitters are not adjusting or changing their swings.
I think Sanchez will win today.
I personally cannot stand people cheering for Toronto. Toronto? Seriously...Keep telling that to yourself. Their elimination can't come soon enough.
