Holy fuck I can't watch those movies. And people who like them really don't. They feel they are being artsy and smart to say they like them.

Yup, was gonna say Grand Budapest Hotel belongs in that top group. First half of Life Aquatic was 10/10, weaker 2nd half but still at the bottom of that group. Royal Tanenbaums is a masterpiece.

I was the biggest fan of Wes until Life Aquatic, when I got tired of his films being all art direction with zero heart.
I mean Owen Wilson dies halfway in Live Aquatic, and you care more about what shirt Bill Murray is wearing than the loss of life

Wes Anderson movies are excellent and so is blue cheese . Sorry they dont have enough explosions, sharks, tornados, or Ben Affleck for the simpletons

Maybe his career is in trouble now. I have no idea why Murray would do that or think he could. I just read Geena Davis telling a weird story about him messaging her when they met for a Quick Change audition.

That’s pretty dumb and not right for him to do, but with it being in plain view and with masks on, I do believe his intent was to joke around, but it was just poor judgment.

Not sure how it's been reviewed or anything, but I watched the new Hellraiser film and IMO it's at least better than most of the drek that is the rest of the movies after #2. If you liked the first movies I'd give it a look.

I think if you can stand your ground, you are going to have one hell of a binge watch ahead of you. So much good shit in this show.
