OT: The M-Fing Food Thread

Firstly, you can prepare eggplant without the mushiness. I’ll send you a recipe if you like @CH1, it’ll go great with Tzatziki too.

Sure...anything not to be called a weirdo by Zeke. That guy does not get how hurtful words can be.
 
What's the winter move?
I buy bananas and avocados year round, those are my grocery store fruits (that and citrus).

In scotia we have a limitless supply of wild blueberries, so I always keep a 5 lb box in my freezer. And we can get local apples year round too. So I'll ride out the stonefruits until they are no more (a week or two after thanksgiving usually), and then go hard on pears while they are around (cold snaps till around christmas), and then keep apples/banana/blueberry stocked through winter.

And then I live on lotsa local storage veggies to get me through the winter. Stews, roast veggies, soups, curries, etc.

Speaking of that, I just ate a soccer field for lunch. They maintain the grass real well there. Super tasty and healthy.
 
if you say you don't like blue or cheddar than i think you just don't like cheese.

Mozzarella, Swiss, Feta, and many more.

Blue, cheddar, and here comes another one - Parmesan - all should be used as raccoon bait or some such utility.
