OT: The M-Fing Food Thread

As far as I'm concerned he has gone from a penny stock to a blue chipper in 2020. What a turnaround.

He's more of a TSLA to me, doing great but one disastrous tweet or accounting irregularity from doom.
 
My controversial take on Parmesan.

I love it (the real stuff, not all the knockoffs), but it seems so wasteful as a grated enhancer to spaghetti with sugo. Most of the nuance gets lost in the tomato. I prefer to eat it thinly sliced with some nice bread, or shaved generously on a dish where it's the star.

I prefer the sharper, saltier Pecorino for grating purposes.

That is very true. He's very volatile and his value is probably inflated a bit right now due to recency bias.

As a guy who doesn’t like the taste of the main attraction to be interfered with, I don’t see how you can like one of the greatest interferers of all.

Anyone who bought during your hiatus after your political debate got it right. It was one last chance to get in on 2020's hottest stock. That dip was unreasonable. Always buy the LOF dip. God dammit, he is TSLA.
 
It's become near impossible for me to eat anything without considering LOF's hot take on it. Case in point, right now I'm having some creamy 8% fat Greek Yogurt...with a spoonful of maple syrup. Damn it's good....but what does LOF say?

cheese is often the main attraction or one of the stars in pasta dishes, cacio pepe, tortellini, lasagna, etc
