How do you feel about stews?

Love stews so much. Just go to a Persian restaurant and you’ll find at least five different elite stews to enjoy. The only problem with them is they require rice and rice is carby.

I'm more of a soup person, but I don't mind a good stew. Actually prefer my soups on the thick-ish side. To clarify: I like soups chunky; drinkable out of a mug without a spoon is okay for fireside after skiing, but is stupid for dinner.

No problem on the front end. Rice is amazing. Problem on the back end because it takes up storage space and requires that we expand our facility.
